Build around your operation

Relevant conversations start with an accurate brief.

Finding a promising postcode is only the beginning. A useful opportunity also needs the right setting, credible demand, a suitable decision-maker and a workable service route. VendLocus helps organise that early research and communication so you can assess opportunities against your actual operating requirements.

We are developing our operator network and host relationships. Registration lets us understand where you fit; it is not a promise of available sites, a fixed volume of leads or guaranteed installations. You remain involved in assessing the venue and agreeing the service.

Research and host relationships

We research potential host sites and develop conversations around their requirements. The aim is to establish whether there is a reasonable basis for an introduction.

Coverage and equipment fit

We consider your supplied service areas, travel limits, machine types and site criteria. A broad coverage description is not treated as confirmation that you can service a specific site.

Clearer early conversations

We coordinate information and questions so each side understands the potential fit. You decide whether to explore the opportunity and carry out your own commercial and technical checks.

What do you operate?

Tell us the equipment and service you can actually provide.

Everyday food & drinks

Snack and drink machines, coffee, fresh food, chilled meals and smart fridges. Include products, payment options, replenishment model and practical site requirements.

Automated retail & specialist formats

Micro-markets, pizza, collectibles, fragrance or another specialist format. Explain the equipment, permissions, site criteria and current availability rather than a general market capability.

Industrial & workplace supplies

PPE, tools and controlled supply systems where relevant to your operation. Explain stock management, access arrangements and any requirements the host must meet.

The website catalogue includes illustrative market concepts. It is not a list of machines held by VendLocus, confirmed network coverage or live placements.

Registration & onboarding

Help us understand a good fit for your business.

1. Complete the operator form

Registration is free. Share your business identity, contact details, equipment, preferred sites, service coverage and travel radius. Include exclusions and minimum operating criteria.

2. Describe the full service

Tell us who installs, stocks, cleans, maintains and repairs equipment, along with service access needs. Make clear which tasks depend on the host or another provider.

3. Provide useful supporting material

When requested, share accurate photographs, dimensions, specifications, power and water requirements, connectivity needs and product ranges. Confirm permission for any private sharing or public use of your material.

4. Keep capacity and criteria current

Tell us when stock, installation capacity, routes or requirements change. Up-to-date information reduces avoidable conversations about sites you cannot support.

A controlled introduction

From potential fit to direct discussion.

  1. We review the potential fit

We compare the host requirement with your supplied criteria and may ask for clarification. Neither an enquiry nor a shortlist confirms site approval.

  2. You assess a limited summary

Where appropriate, we share a summary intended not to identify the host. You can ask questions or decline if it does not suit your business.

  3. We agree any opportunity-specific terms

VendLocus does not charge operators separately for routine research and outreach. A single fixed fee may apply to an individually accepted opportunity, under terms agreed separately in writing before proceeding. The fee relates to that specific accepted opportunity, not all future cooperation. The applicable fee, payment trigger and other commercial terms are set out in the separate written agreement.

  4. The host confirms before disclosure

We obtain confirmation from the location’s authorised representative before releasing agreed identifying details.

  5. You and the host assess and agree the service

You carry out your own site and commercial checks and agree equipment, installation, stocking, servicing and ongoing arrangements directly.

Do you have live sites ready for me now?

We do not present registration as access to a confirmed list of available sites. We research potential hosts and review enquiries as they arise. Site interest, approval and operator availability must be checked individually.

What types of locations can I specify?

Tell us your preferences, such as offices, industrial sites, hotels, leisure venues, healthcare, campuses or retail. Include minimum usage, service access and any settings you exclude. We do not assume that every category suits every operator.

Do you guarantee a location, exclusivity or revenue?

No. Registration does not guarantee opportunities, placements, exclusive access, installations or income. Any exclusivity for a specific opportunity would need separate written agreement.

How much work will I still need to do?

You must keep your information accurate, respond to relevant questions, evaluate opportunities, assess the site and agree terms. You remain responsible for the equipment and services you undertake. VendLocus supports the search and introduction process.

Will my photographs be published automatically?

No. Please identify the permitted use of supporting material. Permission to share privately with a potential host does not imply permission to publish it on the website or social media.

Can I register specialist equipment?

Yes. Describe what you currently offer, where you can support it and the constraints. We can consider the fit when relevant enquiries arise, without promising demand or a placement.

Can I decline an opportunity?

Yes. Review the information against your business requirements and tell us if it is unsuitable. Any obligations for a particular introduction depend on separately agreed written terms.

Tell us where your business fits.

Register your equipment, service coverage and site criteria. We’ll use that information when assessing potential introductions.
