Does my location pay VendLocus?
Your venue pays no VendLocus introduction fee. This does not mean the equipment or installation is always free. You agree equipment, product, service and other commercial terms directly with the operator.
Do I need to choose a machine before contacting you?
No. Start with what would make your site more convenient. Tell us about your setting and who would use the solution. You are under no obligation to proceed after an initial enquiry.
Are all these machines available through VendLocus?
No. The gallery shows a wider range of UK market categories. Equipment availability needs checking for every enquiry; some formats also need further partner confirmation or sourcing. Machine availability, service coverage and site suitability are checked for each enquiry.
Who installs, stocks and services the machines?
The appropriate operator or provider handles the equipment and services agreed with your location. VendLocus helps with communication, matching and introductions. We do not manufacture, buy, own, install, stock or service machines.
Can you help with enquiries in Aberdeen and Scotland?
We welcome UK enquiries, including Aberdeen and Scotland. We check the actual coverage and capabilities of potential operators for your site. This does not promise a suitable operator in every area.
When are my identifying location details shared?
After internal review, operator interest, agreement of any required fee terms and confirmation from your authorised representative. Initial summaries are limited and reviewed to avoid identifying your site.
Is operator registration free?
Yes. Operators can register and join our network without a registration fee. VendLocus does not charge operators separately for routine research and outreach. A single fixed fee may apply to an individually accepted opportunity, under terms agreed separately in writing before proceeding. The fee relates to that specific accepted opportunity, not all future cooperation. The applicable fee, payment trigger and other commercial terms are set out in the separate written agreement.
